Each Review Stack engagement includes one round of client revisions. We deliver our comments or redline, you review, and you return one consolidated set of changes. Responses to the other side’s markup are not included. Where you want us handling the reply, response support is 50% of the engagement fee.

Route pricing is for one word mark in one class. Additional classes, design marks, word-and-logo combinations, Statements of Use, and substantive USPTO refusals are all published on the Trademark Services page. USPTO fees are additional and are payable to the Office, not to this firm, currently $350 per class to file.

Outside General Counsel engagements are structured through a customized monthly retainer. Most engagements fall within a range of:

Following an introductory consultation, you receive a customized proposal covering scope of services, level of access, and the monthly retainer. Outside General Counsel is not sold through fixed packages.
Pricing Philosophy
Every Price Is a Price
LawScription does not use artificially low figures to begin a sales conversation.
Where a fixed fee is published, it is a real fee for the scope described. Nothing is hidden behind a form.
Some work genuinely cannot be priced to the dollar before it is scoped: a full contract package of unknown size, an ongoing retainer, a governance project shaped by what a review finds. Those show a range or a starting figure, and the fee is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
What That Means in Practice
A defined scope gets a fixed fee. An open scope gets a written quote before the work starts. Nothing gets an invoice you did not see coming.
Government filing fees, including USPTO fees, are always quoted alongside at cost rather than folded into a professional fee.
