Yes. Each document is delivered ready for your customization, with attorney review confirming accuracy and suitability — fitness for your stated business purpose, evaluated before delivery. If you need substantive changes or want guidance on whether a document fits your situation, à la carte attorney guidance is available, or a Counsel plan includes dedicated attorney hours.
What if a document in the library doesn’t quite fit my situation?
Two options: bespoke drafting (custom agreements drafted or substantially re-engineered, available à la carte) or a Counsel plan that includes attorney hours for revision and tailoring. The library is built around the most common scenarios for growing businesses.
How is this different from LegalZoom or Rocket Lawyer?
Generic template services deliver one-size-fits-all forms without the legal judgment to confirm the document fits your specific situation. Every LawScription document includes a suitability evaluation — attorney review for accuracy and fitness for your stated business purpose. That’s a different product.
Do I need to be a subscriber to buy a document?
Individual document purchasing is temporarily unavailable while we upgrade our systems. Subscriptions bundle document value into a fixed monthly fee, and we’re happy to talk through which option will suit you best.
